My Journey and How I Got Here


My career background stems from 20 years in the medical field.

Dealing with my own health issues I started researching, reading about holistic health, and implementing it into my life over the last 10 years.

This includes my experiences with anxiety, back pain, panic attacks, stress, gallbladder, hypothyroid, high triglycerides, high blood pressure, PMS/PMDD, acid reflux, and more.

Then one day I realized there is so much more to being healthy than just losing weight.

You need to help heal the entire mind, body, and spirit. Everything in your mind, body, and spirit works synergistically.

In addition, I created Inspirehealthandspirit.com two years ago to help others understand how to decode their health and pass on all my experiences and knowledge.

I want to help people just like you! Because I've been there too. And why start from square one if you don't have to?

One of my biggest accomplishments is lowering my triglycerides by 143 points and lowering my blood pressure naturally. And you can too!
